Questions clients actually ask
Can I switch tiers later? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at the end of any month; the 12-month term continues unchanged.
What if I don't use all my hours? Hours reset each month — they're a monthly allowance for updates, checks, and small changes, and the monitoring work continues every day regardless. Big projects are quoted separately, so your hours are never quietly consumed by a large build.
What counts as a "small content change"? Text, images, hours, announcements — the everyday edits that keep your site accurate. If a change becomes a redesign or a new feature, we'll quote it before touching anything.
Do you host the website too? This page covers care and support. Ask us about hosting — we'll recommend the right setup for your track.
What happens if my site is hacked or breaks overnight? Monitoring alerts us. On Confort and Sérénité, incidents are prioritized immediately — checkout failures and booking failures go to the front of the queue.
Can I pay annually? Yes — ask us about annual billing when you book your call.
What happens after the 12 months? We review the year together — the monthly care reports make that easy — and renew, adjust, or wrap up on your terms.
