When does the 24-hour service start?
After we have authorized Google Business Profile access and approved voice guidelines. If a review needs facts or guidance from you, it stays on hold until that is resolved.
Can you remove a negative review or promise a better rating?
No. We respond professionally and summarize recurring feedback. We do not guarantee review removal, ratings, rankings or revenue.
Do I share my Google password?
No. We arrange appropriate delegated access during onboarding. Do not send passwords, verification codes or customer-sensitive information in a form or email.
Is this a monthly subscription or a one-time fee?
Review Responder costs $200 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes. It renews monthly with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime before your next renewal by contacting support@websitesmdla.com.
What happens after I pay?
We contact you within 24 hours at the email you enter at checkout to begin onboarding. Delivery starts after we receive the required information and appropriate access. Human review remains part of the service.
Can I combine this with another MDLA service?
Yes. Use Build an order to select multiple eligible services and review the combined billing before paying. Each service keeps its own scope and billing terms.
