No passwords or verification codes. We arrange secure, appropriate access separately.
Will you send anything without my approval?
No. You receive the draft for approval with a 48-hour review window. If you do not reply, we hold the campaign. No reply is not consent.
Do I need an existing mailing list?
Yes, a permission-based list and a suitable sending platform. Share its size and platform during onboarding. Access and sending requirements are confirmed before the first campaign; never send us your password.
How many newsletters are included?
One email newsletter each month: writing, design, approved sending and reporting. Additional campaigns, list-building and complex email automations are separate scope.
Are the report numbers exact?
We report the data available from the sending platform and reply workflow. Privacy features can inflate opens, automated systems can affect clicks, and inbox placement is not guaranteed.
Is this a monthly subscription or a one-time fee?
Done-for-you Newsletter costs $350 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes. It renews monthly with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime before your next renewal by contacting support@websitesmdla.com.
What happens after I pay?
We contact you within 24 hours at the email you enter at checkout to begin onboarding. Delivery starts after we receive the required information and appropriate access. Human review remains part of the service.
Can I combine this with another MDLA service?
Yes. Use Build an order to select multiple eligible services and review the combined billing before paying. Each service keeps its own scope and billing terms.
